Most recently, Sarah Hamlin has been working with me on my renewal, which involved a physical inspection update this year. This happened to coincide with the Covid-19 pandemic and need for social distancing, etc., as well as the time of year I do clearance for defensible space. Sarah worked with me to time the visit without adding an extra burden to an already difficult year. If she needed to follow-up, she did, and always got back to me in a reasonable time frame.
